Acoustic Feasibility Studies

AAUK offers acoustic feasibility studies relating to the suitability of premises to a specific application, prior to purchase / lease. Studies take into consideration such factors as existing building construction, local residents / noise sensitive receptors, the likely required scale of acoustic improvements etc.

A recent project undertaken by AAUK involved a feasibility study for a college music department to assess the suitability of potential new premises. Sound insulation of the building fabric from nearby apartments was a critical factor in making the decision to take up the lease.
