Building Regulations Part E Testing

More and more local authorities now require companies providing sound insulation tests to posess third party accreditation. AAUK is fully accredited through the Association of Noise Consultants Registration Scheme, an accreditation body recognised by local authority building control departments and BREEAM.

AAUK offers sound insulation testing to comply with Approved Document E of Building Regulations 2003. Airborne and impact insulation can be tested in both new build and converted developments. Advice is readily available to correct any acoustic issues highlighted by the tests.

All tests are carried out in accordance with BS EN ISO 140 and BS EN ISO 717 using state of the art equipment.
